I’ve raised kids in chaos while quietly unravelling inside a narcissistic marriage. 
I've built businesses with a partner deep in addiction. 
I've buried a husband before I turned 50. 

And through all of that, I did what so many women do: I held it together. I got things done. I smiled when I had to. I didn’t talk about it - until I did.

Now, I speak for the ones carrying more than most. The ones navigating real life behind curated screens. The ones who want to grow, lead, or rebuild - but without leaving themselves behind in the process.
